1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Customers can request to cancel their order within 8 hours of placing it, or before the order is dispatched from our warehouse (whichever comes first).
  • Once an order is handed over to the courier company, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances. In such cases, the customer must receive the parcel and follow our standard Return & Exchange procedure.

2. Delivery Refusals & Fake Orders (Strict Policy)

  • We operate on a mutual trust model for Cash on Delivery (COD). If a customer refuses to accept a confirmed COD parcel at their doorstep without a valid, verified reason, their account, shipping address, and phone number will be permanently blocked from AJ Online Store.
  • Blocked customers will lose the privilege of ordering via Cash on Delivery in the future. Any subsequent orders from such accounts will only be processed via Prepaid Advanced Payment (EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer).

3. Price, Stock & Discount Modifications

  • AJ Online Store reserves the right to modify product prices, promotional discounts, and stock availability at any time without prior notice.
  • In the event that an item goes out of stock or becomes unavailable due to an unexpected system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and inform the customer accordingly.
